Maintaining personal spaces and participating in shared household chores.
Financial Responsibility
Timely payment of all required housing fees.
Quiet Hours
Observance of designated quiet hours to ensure peaceful rest for all.
Meetings
Attendance at agreed-upon house meetings when applicable.
Strict Prohibitions
Violence
No physical violence, threats, or intimidation will be tolerated.
Weapons
Firearms and illegal weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.
Illegal Activity
Zero tolerance for any illegal activities on or near the premises.
Property Damage
Intentional damage to the home or others' property is grounds for immediate review and or eviction.
Smoking / Vaping
Permitted only in designated exterior areas, never indoors.
Medication and Accommodations
Residents are responsible for securely managing their own prescribed medications. Rental Housing Ambassadors does not dispense, manage, or monitor medications. We evaluate reasonable-accommodation requests in accordance with applicable fair-housing laws to ensure our homes are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Grievance and Discharge Process
We believe in transparent communication. Residents have access to a clear grievance process to address concerns. Violations of core safety rules, particularly regarding violence or substance use, may result in immediate discharge or termination of the housing agreement, subject to applicable law.
